1. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or accept returns. Please read the ingredients carefully and make sure that you are not allergic to any of the items listed as an ingredient on our soap or other products before making a purchase. We take personal responsibility seriously here at Rustic Sudz, and we are not responsible for any adverse reactions that you may have because you bought an item you as an individual were allergic to. It is not a peanut butter company's fault if someone with a peanut allergy buys a jar of peanut butter and eats the whole thing. Same reasoning.
2. If you have bought a soap or other product and have realized that you cannot use it because of religious/spiritual/moral restrictions on products derived from animals like lard or beeswax, we will also not issue a refund or accept returns. Please read the ingredients carefully and make sure none of them violate your beliefs before making a purchase.
